Learn, practise, review.

Use an RTA mock theory test to check what you know before your Dubai exam. Our practice questions and answers explain the driving rule behind each choice. They are study questions, not a copy of the official test. For other emirates, follow the guidance for your local authority.

Common questions

Before you begin.

Are these official UAE theory test questions?

No. Theory Test UAE is an independent practice resource. The questions are written to help you study road rules and driving decisions; they are not presented as the exact questions used by a licensing authority. Use the current official handbook for your licence category alongside practice.

Does one theory test cover every emirate and licence type?

Training and test arrangements can differ by emirate and licence category. Choose your emirate and the vehicle category you are applying for, then confirm the current process with the relevant licensing authority or driving school.

What happens after I finish a practice test?

You will see your result, review the answers and explanations, and have a clear link to continue to the next test. The practice tests are for learning; a practice score does not guarantee a result on an official knowledge test.

Which practice languages are available?

Choose a language from the buttons at the top of this page. Published language hubs appear there automatically. Translated quizzes include smaller English helper text beneath the questions and answer choices.

Can I book my RTA theory test here?

No. This site provides practice questions and guides. For RTA theory test booking, confirm the current steps with the RTA or your authorised driving institute in Dubai.

Can I practise without creating an account?

Yes. The planned practice flow lets you begin without registering. Choose a category or a focused topic from this page and start with the test that fits your preparation.
